Well November is here already and it’s time for a Bass Guitar Rocks update.

At long last I’ve had the opportunity to test out some gear for this site. I was originally planning to do mainly gear demos – but this particular installment will in fact be a review of an F Bass BN5 bass guitar. I can tell you that I’ve thoroughly enjoyed testing out the instrument thus far, but I don’t want to spoil the pending article…so that’s all I’m going to say. I haven’t had the chance yet to play it in a ‘live’ environment as yet – so the article won’t be ready for a few weeks.
Incorporating audio visual content was a goal of mine from the start, so I plan to shoot some footage of the F Bass in action and update in the future as well. Sit tight, I assure you that it’ll be worth the wait.
I’ve also been in touch with someone who may become a regular contributor to this site within the next few weeks. He’ll share his knowledge of the technical and repair side of the bass. Keep your eyes peeled for the first article sometime this month.
Part 2 of the Ultimate Basses interview has been delayed…but should be up within a few days.
